Finished! (for now)
I am pleased to post that as of this past Sunday, May 28, 2006, I am no longer a student at Elmhurst College. I am now officially a graduate and alum, with a B.S. in History and Theology.
Now. On (off?) to work in the real world…

Congrats! You’ll have to let us know what you think of the “real world.”

Congratulations, Chris!! =) Must be splendid to be done with all forms of required schoolwork. History/Theology is such a great major, too. So now you feel prepared to face all the strange ideas people will throw at you, right? You shoulda been at my cousin’s graduation party the other day. We spent quite a while in deep worldview discussion with a guest there who talked like a Catholic, Muslem, Hindu, and “Matrix” mix. He loved to explain why anything is real by saying that it “resounded in his heart” on “different levels of conscienceness”. We eventually got him to partially concede that in his worldview there is no logic or truth or reality, but he didn’t really want to stick with that. Was very interesting indeed. I’m sure you would have liked the challenge. Hmm, I’ve never tried commenting on one of these before…hope it works. Over and out! ~Laura
